Memorandum of Cooperation of the Legal Professional Committee

The Indonesia China Business Council, represented by Mr. Hasan Kosasih Koh as Deputy Chairman (Acting), has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation of the Legal Professional Committee with DHH Law Firm (Indonesia), represented by Mr. Lutfhi Yazid DHH Law Firm, on July 1, 2026 in Jakarta.

The collaboration between the Indonesia China Business Council and DHH Law Firm (Indonesia) demonstrates a commitment to strengthen professional relations, particularly in the fields of law, investment, and business network development between Indonesia and China. The cooperation includes providing legal consultation and support, training and seminars, information and research exchange, and the protection of rights and interests of companies.

Moreover, both parties agree to leverage their networks of resources and business connections to assist Chinese companies seeking to develop their operations in Indonesia. As a concrete step, the Indonesia China Business Council and DHH Law Firm (Indonesia) also plan to establish representative offices in China and Indonesia to expand the reach of services and facilitate coordination.
